Yes, our house is still on the market.
No, we haven't gotten any offers. We thought we were close last week. Our realtor said the couple that looked at it twice were deciding between ours and another one. They must have picked the other one.
No, we have not started building. We are big chickens. We decided we would not start building until after we sold this house. Which means we move, and build, and move again. Yay us!
No, I have not ordered the plans yet. I do not know how I managed to get married and have four children. This deciding on a plan has made me terrified of commitment. If any of the three people who read this know of a good house plan drawer upper that is also a mind reader, please let me know. My husband would thank you.
Yes, we have been showing our house more.
No, I don't mind showing my house at the drop of a hat. It makes me so happy to pick-up, wipe, sweep and vacuum at a moments notice. I am not at all witchy and unpleasant to be around. Just ask my family.

Selling a house is no picnic! And I'm with you on the not building until the first is sold. It makes the moving part stressful, but way better than possibly making two house payments!
Good luck.
Terri, actually I do know a great "house plan drawer upper." (That made me laugh!) They live in Kennewick and his wife was my Mia Maid advisor back in the day in Issaquah. If you are interested let me know and I will get their number. I have loved all the houses I have seen of his. How exciting to plan it out... hard but exciting!

I think it's time to hang up your three favorite plans and throw a dart at them.
So we actually are suppose to believe that last one? Hmmm..
Thanks for answering the questions I have been pondering for the last couple of months. Finally I can sleep because of the full Moon exposures on their happenings. Love it. Call me if you want me to do the ordering.
Keep smiling...just keep smiling! It will be over soon...right?!?! Hang in ther, Girl!
Ok you win the laugh of the day! I love your humour...was it supposed to funny or am I getting a good laugh at your expense? I am just kidding we are all very glad it is you and not us, but we all feel your pain...and mom's are NEVER unpleasant to be around! Thanks again for your offer to complete that school end of the year video, that was incredibly nice of you!
You're funny Terri! As you can see there's definately more than three of us that read your blog!! :) I've just been out of town. And I feel your pain. I hated selling our house! Not fun. If you ever need a place to hang while someone's checking your place - come on by (serious!).
We have the last one in common :)
I'm crossing my fingers for you to sell soon so you can build! By the way, I do have a cousin who designs floor plans, if that is what you're looking for and you want to talk to him, I could put you in touch with him. Although, I don't know if he has any mind reading abilities....
You are so funny! My sister in law said if we ever move her and her husband would like to buy our house. I said ARE YOU KIDDING! How amazing would that be. I already told Scott if we ever sell our house Im packing up and moving somewhere even if its a tent Im not trying to live here and sell it at the same time! Especially summer! I don't have to clean again until sept. right?
I went by your house a little while ago and someone was looking at it!! :) But I yelled out my window, "The house is haaauuuunted!" :)
